Key Responsibilities
BIM Modeling & Coordination: Responsible for BIM modeling of
architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for containerized
data center projects. Ensure model completeness and accuracy
according to the design documents.
BIM Standards & Library Management: Develop and maintain BIM
standards, family libraries, and templates. Customize Revit families
to improve modeling efficiency.
Clash Detection & Optimization: Conduct interdisciplinary clash
detection using tools like Navisworks. Provide clash reports and
assist in coordination and design optimization.
Construction Drawing Support: Generate construction drawings and
BoQs from the BIM model. Participate in detailed design and change
management.
BIM Project Collaboration: Support BIM delivery plans throughout
design, construction, and operation stages. Assist project team with
4D/5D simulation, visualization, and analytics.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Structural, HVAC,
Electrical, or Plumbing related fields.

Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; knowledge of Dynamo and
BIM360 is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of BIM modeling experience; modular building or
container-based project experience is preferred.

Experience in designing BIM models at LOD 400 level or above, with
strong skills in detailed modeling and construction understanding.

Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to handle
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic English technical communication skills preferred; overseas
project experience is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications

Experience in LOD 500 BIM modeling and as-built model delivery.

Experience with UL 2755, NFPA, or other North American data center
standards..

Familiarity with DFMA, prefabricated wiring systems, or container
structures is a plus.

Relevant certifications such as First-Class Constructor or
Registered BIM Engineer.

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing);
possession of a US or Japan visa is a strong advantage.
